Q2 2025 Wrapped: Easier to build trust with faster UX

This quarter, we sped up the flows to create in-app patterns and make it easier for teams to build trust with users. We shipped features that reduce lag (technical and emotional), brought G2 reviews into the product experience, and quietly improved things under the hood so everything feels… better.

Get G2 reviews without taking users out of the product

Let’s face it: asking for G2 reviews via email can feel like shouting into a crowded Slack channel. People ignore it, or worse, hit delete. So we brought review asks in-product, where they belong. With our G2 integration, users can leave or update their G2 reviews without ever leaving the product. They can snooze, come back later, and — most importantly — it all feels like a native part of your flow.

Why it matters:  G2 is often the primary source of information for buyers who seek recommendations and social proof as they evaluate tools. Bringing review collection in-product helps teams increase both volume and quality of feedback, while keeping the experience seamless.

Not exactly headline-grabbing, but this is an upgrade our customers will get to feel across the Dashboard. We’ve improved a lot under the hood:

  • 🧹 Cleaner navigation

  • 📈 Better data handling and API performance

Why it matters: The tools you use to run in-product Experiences should feel just as seamless as the ones your users interact with. Laggy tools = slow launches = missed moments. We don’t do that here.

What’s coming next?

We’re evolving from “adoption layer” into “adoption engine.” Here’s what’s in the oven:

  • Tie users’ in-app engagement to success metrics by using button clicks as Goals.

  • A revamped Homepage with a better structure to show top-performing Experiences.

  • Embeddables are getting some upgrades and quality-of-life improvements. 

  • Enhanced and more scalable Display Rules to make it easier to control where patterns show up.
